Poke Style Tuna & Avocado on a Won Ton Crisp
     
Ingredients:

(A)
150g Sashimi Tuna
1/2 Avocado
1 teaspoon Carwari Sesamei Dipping Sauce – Crunchy Flakes
3 teaspoons Carwari Sesame Dipping Sauce – Toasted Sesame Oil
3 teaspoons Carwari Tamari Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Carwari Agave Nectar
1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice

(B)
6 Won Ton Wrappers
Oil for frying

Directions:
1. Cut Won Ton Wrappers in half, from corner to corner. Deep fry them until golden and crispy
2. Sashimi Tuna and Avocado, cut into cube size
3. Combine all ingredients of (A)
4. Place no3 on deep fried Won Ton Wrappers
