Daikon Radish & Cucumber Salad with Chia Seed & Sesame Seed Dressing
     
Serves: 2-3 (around 15 fritters)
 

Ingredients:

Daikon Radish Cucumber (Dressing)
2 tablespoons Carwari Organic Chia Seed
4 tablespoons Water
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil

Instructions:

1. Soak Chia Seed in 4 tablespoons of Water for 30 minutes to form a gel.
2. Mix 1 and other Dressing ingredients.
3. Slice Daikon Radish and Cucumber and soak them in iced water until they become crispy and drain the water.
4. Put Daikon Radish and Cucumber on a plate and add the dressing on top.
