Ingredients:
3 eggs 140g Carwari’s Organic Agave Nectar Light
200g unsalted butter, melted
Grated zest of 1 lemon
200g organic plain flour, sieved
6g baking powder, sieved
a pinch of vanilla sugar
Directions:
1. Melt butter over low heat, add lemon zest. Set aside until cooled but still liquid. 1. Whisk eggs well with agave nectar.
2. Sift over flour and vanilla sugar. Mix well until creamy.
3. Mix in melted butter little by little.
4. Cover with a plastic film and rest in a fridge for 3 hours - overnight.
5. Pipe out the mixture into oil-sprayed Madeleine moulds, about 2/3 height.
6. Bake at 190 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. |
