Tahini Mayonnaise with Chickpea & Apple Salad
     

Tahini Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

1 table spoon of Carwari Organic Hulled White Tahini
1 table spoon of white wine vinegar
1 table spoon of water
A half tea spoon of Carwari Organic Agave Nectar Light
A pinch of sea salt
Cracked Pepper

Directions:
Pour Carwari Organic Agave Nectar Light into Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini and mix white wine vinegar gradually. Then add water, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.

     
    Chickpea & Apple Salad
    2/3 of canned organic chickpeas – drain well
1 Gala apple – cut into bite size
1/8 of whole red onion – slice thinly and soak into water then drain
1 baby cos lettuce – slice 1cm

Put all ingredients into a bowl. Pour the Tahini Mayonnaise and stir gently then combine.

* You can use this Tahini Mayonnaise as a substitute of normal mayonnaise but it is totally vegetarian version!
