Ingredients (serve 4):
Chicken breast 750g
Cucumber x 1
Carwari Organic Tahini (White) - 1 tablespoon
Carwari Organic Sesame oil 1 - tablespoon
Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine) - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Directions:
1. Shred cucumber and sprinkle some salt before putting in the fridge. Mix Carwari Organic Tahini, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
2. Put mirin in hot water and boil chicken until it is cooked
3. Put chicken in ice water and slice.
4. Mix (1) into chicken and sesame oil
