Ingredients:
Daikon radish 10-15 cm
1/2 carrot
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of Rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of Carwari Agave Nector Dark
Directions:
Cut daikon radish and carrot into julienne stripes. Add salt and mix it. Leave it for about 15minutes. Adjust salt, depends on the amount of daikon radish.
Squeeze the moisture out of the vegetables when they get pliant.
Mix vinegar and Carwari Organic Agave Nectar Dark.
Put the vegetables and wait about 15 minutes. Adjust each ingredient amount to suit individual tastes.
Serve it and sprinkle roasted black sesame seeds and thinly cut lemon peel for the decoration if you desire.
