Ingredients:
6g of gelatin powder
50ml of hot water
2 tablespoons of Carwari Black Tahini
2 tablespoons of Honey
280ml of milk
(Black Sesame Sauce)
4 tablespoons of Carwari Black Tahini
1 tablespoon of Carwari Agave Syrup
Direction:
1. Soak the gelatin powder into hot water and stir well until the granule is dissolved.
2. Put Carwari Black Tahini and Honey and 1 tablespoon of milk into a bowl and mix with a small whisk until smooth.
3. Add the gelatin liguid (1) and mix very well, then add the rest of milk and stir.
4. Pour the mixture into cups and put them into a refrigerator. Wait until cold and firm.
5. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
6. Pour the sauce over the pannacota before serve.
*If you feel it is not sweet enough, you can adjust sweetness with Carwari Agave Syrup or Honey.
