Ingredients:
Potato gnocchi
200g of Potato
50g of Potato flour
A pinch of salt
30ml of Carwari Organic Black Tahini
Warm water
Soymilk Cream Sauce
50g of Brown rice flour
25ml of Oil
200ml of Soy milk or rice milk
2.5g of Salt
30ml of Carwari Hulled White Tahini
Pepper for flavour
Chicken tenderloin
A half of onion
Chopped Italian Parsley
Direction: Boil the potatoes. Place unpeeled potatoes in a large sauce pan and add enough water to cover them. Place on high heat and add a pinch of salt, then leave to boil.
Drain potatoes when they become tender (approx. 20mins) peel and mash.
Add potato flour & Carwari Organic Black Tahini then mix them well and shape to gnocchi using two spoons.
Boil gnocchi and drain.
For sauce, place oil and rice flour in a sauce pan, and stir until it gets smooth.
Add soy milk and salt , then whisk well.
Remove from the heat and put Carwari Organic Hulled White Tahini and pepper, then blend well.
Add cooked chickens and onions if desired.
Place the gnocchi and the sauce on a plate and garnish with your favourite vegetables.
