Ingredients:
50g of Carwari Organic White Tahini
25g of Basil leaves
1 clove of Garlic
20g of Parmesan Cheese
Pinch of salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Direction:
Put all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor and mix well whilst adding olive oil little by little.
Use it as a pasta sauce or it is ideal with cooked chicken or fish.
