Ingredients:
30ml of Carwari Organic Black Tahini
250g of Cream cheese
200g of Ricotta cheese
125ml of Sour cream
15ml of Black sesame seeds, roasted and crushed in food processer
40g of Potato flour
175g of Caster sugar
Direction:
Put all ingredients in a large bawl and mix them using a hand blender.
Put a baking sheet on a baking pan and pour the mixture.
Bake it for 45 minutes at 170ºc.
Take the pan out of the oven, and let it stand to cool down slightly then leave the cake on a rack to cool completely.
