Grilled Chicken on Green veges with Black Tahini Sauce (4 servings)

Black Tahini Sauce
Put in all ingredients into a food processer until smooth
60ml of Carwari Organic Black Tahini
4 Dates, soften in warm water, chopped
40ml of Organic Tamari or Soy sauce
30ml of Rice syrup

Boiled vegetables
300g of spinaches - boil and remove excess water.

Chicken
500g of Chicken thigh fillets
Trim excess fat off the chicken and season with sea salt and freshly ground black peppers, grill until cooked.

Serve the cooked chicken on the boiled green vegetables and pour Black Tahini Sauce.

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
