Boiled Watercress with Sesame Oil

Ingredients:
1 bunch of Watercress
1 or 2 table spoon of Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil
1 or 2 tea spoon of Organic Black Sesame Seeds, Toasted
Pinch of sea salt

Direction:
Boil watercress in boiling water for around 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water. Remove excess water and cut into 5cm lengths and place in a bowl. Pour Carwari Organic Roasted Sesame Oil and sea salt and toss gently to combine. Place into a serving plate and sprinkle toasted sesames.
