Ingredients: serve 4 500g Potato (Desiree) peeled and choped into 3cm cube
50g Dates, pitted and soaked in 50ml warm water
80g Apple, peeled and sliced
100g Cucumber, sliced 50ml~80ml
Soy milk or rice milk
15ml Carwari Organic Black Tahini
2.5mg Natural salt
Direction:
Boil potatoes until soft (skewer inserted in the centre). Drain and leave until evaporate. Sprinkle salt and Carwari Organic Black Tahini and mix well.
*Leave pieces potato to add later. Add soy milk until smooth.
Mix dates, sliced apple and cucumber after cooling down.
Serve on bed of rocket or lettuce. Garnish with carrot or tomato and sprinkle roasted sesame on top.
