Cold Soba Noodle with Tahini Sauce
Ingredients and Direction:
Whisk 1 tbs of Carwari Organic Tahini, 1/2 tbs of sugar and 1 tbs of soy sauce until its smooth. Then pour 5 tbs of water and 1/2 tbs of vinegar little by little and mix each time to dissolve. Add Carwari Organic Roasted Sesame Oil or dashi powder or wasahi according to taste.
   
  Noodle: Boil dried Organic Soba (buckwheat) noodles, rinse with cold water and drain.

Topping: Shred any vegetables of your liking (for example; cucumber, celery, tomato and carrot) and boiled prawns. (Instead of prawns, you can use boiled chicken, pork or drained canned tuna.)

Place the noodles on a plate and place the vegetables and the prawns on top. Pour the sauce just before serving. Sprinkle chopped shallots, shredded seaweeds and roasted sesame seeds.
