Middle Eastern Style Baked Fish with Tahini

Ingredients and Direction:
Add water and lemon juice into Carwari Organic Tahini gradually and mix until creamy and then add grated garlic, salt & pepper.
Rinse your favorite whitefish (fillets or whole fish) and rub with salt. Fry in the pan with olive oil and remove from the pan.
Fry sliced onion in the same pan until tender & golden.
Place the fish in a baking dish, and pour the fried sliced onion and the tahini sauce to coat evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-20 minutes.
